We are investing R$ 12 million to drive our expansion in the coming years, maintaining our commitment to quality and innovation. Our focus is on market trends, and we are investing in tire sizes for all segments, with a particular emphasis on strengthening our line of scooter tires, which has been consistently growing every year.
PRODUCTION EXPANSION
To support our growth, we have allocated a significant portion of this investment to expand our factory in Santo André (SP). With this expansion, we project a 30% increase in our motorcycle tire production by the first quarter of 2024. In addition to the infrastructure, we have already hired about 60 new direct employees in 2023 and continue to have open positions for more hires, thus contributing to the strengthening of the local economy.
TECHNOLOGY AND SUSTAINABILITY
In the factory expansion, we prioritized the acquisition of state-of-the-art tire-building machines and a new line of vulcanizing presses. These machines, equipped with the most advanced technology available, allow us to ensure the production of high-quality and high-performance tires, keeping us at the forefront of innovation. We are also committed to sustainability, which is why we have acquired a new boiler with an advanced steam generation system, allowing us to significantly reduce carbon emissions. Additionally, we are proud to announce that our operations are now powered by 100% renewable energy, an important step towards a greener and more responsible future.

To solidify our global presence in the motorcycle tire market, we are present at major two-wheel trade shows and events, both in Brazil and abroad. Our participation in these events reinforces our ongoing commitment to research and development, as well as to building strong partnerships in various countries.
